Project Overview

This national key energy infrastructure project is the world’s first and largest flexible DC power grid demonstration project, playing a milestone role in advancing clean energy transmission and next-generation power systems.

The temporary construction facilities include a comprehensive office complex and living quarters, totaling 120 modular container building units, requiring exceptional capability in design efficiency, project management, and rapid deployment.

Location

The project is located in the Xiaohaituo Mountain area, Yanqing District, Beijing, China—an alpine region characterized by complex terrain and highly variable weather conditions.

The site experiences severe winters and strong winds, posing significant challenges to structural stability and on-site adaptability.

 • Master planning and construction of the integrated office complex

 • Modular accommodation system for Living Area A

 • End-to-end delivery including design, manufacturing, transportation, and installation

 • Interior functional layout (office, meeting rooms, accommodation)
